How to get skill cards:

Complete card quest (Speak to Corey in Cloud City at level 20)

You can take 5 Card quests per day

Right click the card to view task details

Skill card

Card can be used as an item onto monsters or teammates.

Card is disposable.

Using the card to release skill can not increase the proficiency.
