i have a suggestion GM
Can u introduce a new mall item in character support area that will reset everything except charcter level,experiance,renown points,gold,coins,skill passives,pets and materials and a chance to rename their character i hope you will like my suggestion

Aptitude - There was an item called the Love Bird Package that will reset this. Unfortunately, this wasn't made available in the mall and was only given to players during ZO's 1st anniversary. This is a good item to be added to the mall, maybe same price with an attribute reset to give people a chance to change their aptitude especially the newbies who carelessly picked some random aptitude and wants to change it, but are already high level, too late to start over.

Character name, class and gender - I doubt GM will give us a chance to change this because this is our unique identity in the game. People identify us easier if we don't keep changing our names, and we can easily remember which people are annoying, scammers and anything else related with identifying a person.

How about an item to change the zodiac and gender only but not the name? I'm a healer and I'm a male ox.

yes kenshiroh thats what i meant it would be great to reset all at once for small value

I am afraid that wouldn't be possible... No game has done that...

But who knows? maybe ZO will be the first
