ZODIAC PET

1: Zodiac pet can be capture  in battle.

2: Able to evolve to Gene2 and Gene3 stage.

Gene 1 look.


Gene 2 or Gene3 normal look.


Gene3 advanced or Gene3 rare look.


Zodiac pet lvl 30 gene2 evolving guilde.

Note: Either Gene 3 normal, advanced or rare have "NO" differences in talent status when evolving, jus appearance is different.

4: More variety type of skill.
(Skill can be bought from mall or get it from treasure map hunt)
(Gene3 Pet can use skill book bought from mall, which could attack 3 in a row)

Invisible (pet invisible for 3 round)

God blush : magic type attack.

[WILD PET]

1: Only certain wild pet can be tamed.
Note: Check with pet curer in cloud city for list of tamed wild pet.





2: Can be capture only in mob flask

2: Cant evolve, but can be enhanced in guild pet house only.
NOTE: Enhanced pet only changes in color, no changes in look.
NOTE: To evolve a pet, need specific rare item dropped by rare mob that respawn every hour.
(Respawn of rare mob location will be announce thru chat system)
NOTE: Pet item require same LV. guild pet shop in order to start evolving process.
NOTE: A enhanced wild pet can be better than a gene2 zodiac pet in status.
(Rare event wild pet frm chinese version can evolve to gene3)



(LV 2 to LV 7 skipped)


3: The higher the LV of guild pet shop, pet taming % increase.

4: Limited to 4 type of skill.
(Additional skill can be bought from mall or get it from treasure map hunt)
(Skill are depend on which item type used in tame)

5: Using higher lvl item have better chance to a better talent status pet.

6: Pet talent type are fixed.
Example:
Giant Bear good in melle atk.
Lady bug good in defense.
Dragonfly good in speed and dodge.
withered beast good in hp.
Etc...

(Used a lvl 40 armor on it, too bad not enhanced)


5: Maybe more wild pet be added in future to tame.

[PET TALENT]





Pet talent is important

1: Can see what the pet strong and weak in.
2: Affect the pet talent status grow from lvling and evolving/enhance in future.

Tanker pet should focus on Hp then Def.
Melle pet should focus on Atk then Hit.
Caster pet should focus on Matk then Mp.

NOTE: Zodiac pet awarded frm grandpa quest doesnt come w very good talent status.
NOTE: Could hunt zodiac pet in Bling alley till u get a pet u happy with.

TIP: Special item which add talent to pet can be found during treasure map hunt.

[Pet talent starts from 500 - 1300+, the higher the better]

NOTE: Above 1200+ talent are most recommended.

1: 0500 - 0900 white color : oridinary
2: 0900 - 1100 green color : excellent
3: 1100 - 1300 light green color : advanced
4: 1300 - 1X00 orange color : unknown

As far as Zodiac pets go, will certain pets be better at certain things? Like will a ram always have higher attacks stats and will a sheep always have higher magic?

Also, can any pet come with any skill? Or is it set that a certain pet will always have a certain skill?

How many skills may a pet learn?

How do we activate pet skills?

When you evolve a pet, does it matter what kind of normal pet you use? Like if you use a pet with higher magic ability, will your Zodiac Generation Two pet have a higher magic boost from the evolution?

==i think its a no..all pet can be good at something randomly it depends on your luck if u can catch a good zodiac pet...at the beginning theres a quest which give a pet as the prize that pet have a high chance to get a skill...

==pets can have any skills..u can buy a pet skill book in the mall or u can get 1 from treasure map..i don't know how may skill it can have..during CB i bought some pet skill tome in the mall and it change the skill my pet already have..

==to evolve a pet to gene 2 u need a lvl 30 zodiac pet and a lvl 30 tamed pet...u can use any tamed pet u want depends on u which 1 u like to train...it depends on the stats ur pet have if both pet have advance talent  matk the gene 2 pet will have higher...u can also put points on pet so if ur pet have good talent on atk put points on str but depends on u..

Is it true that there's only four skills a pet can learn? O_O I only saw four skills available when I was looking through the game guide on the website.

i dunno..the mall only sell 1 skill tome for each generation..when u use the tome u gain a random skill among the skills writen on the tome...but i dunno how many skills a pet can actually learn in the CB i haven't heard of any1 having two skills on his pet...

I went back and re-read the guide on that part. I *think* each pet may only have one skill at a time. If there are different skill books for different generation pets, are there more than just the four skills I saw on the guide? O_O Maybe those were for just the 1st generation pets.

Also umm what do normal generation three pets look like? The pictures only show rare and advanced looks.

ohh the advanced is the gene 3 pet
when u evolve a pet to gene 3 u need an item to change its looks otherwise it will remain the same as the gene 2 i dunno what item is that coz i haven't reach the lvl to evolve it to gene 3 only 2 ppl did...

btw the ox, dragon, tiger and snake got switched..

I think that blue bunny shown on the rare/advanced picture is really cute, but I don't know how to get to that pet. Hopefully I will learn how to evolve my pet the way I like. xD

I hope so! I'll probably just experiment with pets until more information is released. Then I'll really try to get my idea of the perfect pet.

if i want a tanker pet, but my zodiac pet hp only ordinary, but his def is excelent, shoould i distribute the point to VIT? or should i just distribute it to INT, bcoz his m.atk and mp is excelent...

^boosting the int is only usefull if it has a m.atk skill
Else I would just A) find a better one with a good hp talent AND def
                           B) just pump vit for tanking
