wtf is wrong to this game??????

ok i finish downloaded this game install patch register acc launch game
then guess WHAT????? when i entered my user and pssword
it just counted 20 secs and nothings happen it returns back to the fckin log in screen
ive tried to log in like 25 dang times with this 20 long seconds everytime i log in NOTHING fckin happens! is this game already dead????
