I went into the game server but the only thing i see was: ‘Updating please wait’ and it loads very slowly. What to do?

i cannot download it!!! the whole game, someone help me!!! i only downloaded the cilent then a huge box comes out and there is 0 percent i waited but nothing happens!!!
