Patch Update Version 0514

1. Corrected the description of Wolf Flesh Conjee.
2. Translated the buff got from Fancy Draw into English.

   cant patching.

   My last patch is 0705 which is update 170 to 171
   and now, patch 1405, it say update 172 to 173

   and between 1705 and 1405, there was no other patch i found in here.
   what wrong with my patch proses?

   (when i patch with 1405, raise msg ‘Patch failed, Target to old’
